Having purchased a large derelict property in the Muswell Hill Conservation Area our client wanted to transform what was once multiple bedsits into a modern family home.
The project includes the addition of a two storey rear extension, loft conversion and comprehensive refurbishment throughout. Light and views are key to the design with double height spaces creating connections across all levels, and generous glazed openings overlooking Alexandra Palace. An open plan kitchen/dining at lower ground changes to snug family rooms at ground, and leads to a private master suite on the top floor.
