Eden Road sits in the heart of Walthamstow Village within the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

The existing house was in poor condition. Several incoherent additions over the years had led to a disconnected and awkward layout. Works included a 8m rear extension, half width first floor extension and general internal refurbishment at both ground and first floors.

We incorporated an additional bedroom and first floor family bathroom, both to support a growing family. A series of internal crittall style doors and screens were used to provide transparency. Key features include the introduction of a pale roman style brick, generous rooflights, box window seat and green roof.
