Delivering affordable residential homes for Londoners

Lanhill Road

Location

Westminster, London

Status

Completed

The replacement of a 1960's post office building to provide 16 intermediate affordable flats.

The second world war bomb site has been carefully infilled to provide a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom family homes at the end of a row of Victorian terrace housing.

Materials have been sympathetically chosen to reflect the rhythm, scale and detailing of the surrounding context integral to achieving planning approval in the London Borough of Westminster. The development is car free and provides secure, welcoming homes with generous amenity space.

Designs meet nationally described space standards and achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
