Palace Road sits on a prominent corner of Crouch End within the London Borough of Haringey.

We were asked to rationalise a series of disconnected spaces within this double fronted Victorian property. Works include a full width rear extension and part internal refurbishment at ground and first floors. The open-plan design connects the existing to the new, with a cascade of internal steps. The handmade ash kitchen, intimate courtyard garden and choice of external materials add a contemporary twist. A green roof has been installed to boost bio diversity and soften views from the upper levels.
