Designed by renowned architect W. Wilson in 1878 for the artist T.M. Rooke, native north has been tasked with making sensitive yet contemporary additions to Rooke House. The prominent two-storey cottage is Grade II Listed and set within the Bedford Park Conservation Area of West London.

The work includes an elegant glass box extension, glazed dormer window and replacement of an existing side extension. Connections between old and new are light touch, whilst helping to illuminate the house and provide a modern family home for many years to come.
